www.miit.uz Website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) administration cannot transfer or disclose information provided by the user (hereinafter referred to as the User) to the third parties when registering and using the Site, except as provided by jurisdiction, where the user operates.
Obtaining personal information
The user has to fill in some personal data for communication on the Site. To verify the data provided, the Site reserves the right to require proof of identity online or offline.
Some actions of users are automatically saved in server logs:

- Date and time of visit
Data collected by the Site:
- Nickname
- Date of birth
Data stored on the user side:

Use of personal information
The Site uses User’s personal information to maintain and improve services provided. The Site makes every effort to save the user's personal data. Personal information may be disclosed in cases provided by the Law or upon decision of the administration to comply with a legal procedure, court order or legal process necessary for the User to work with the Site. In other cases, the information transfered by the User to the Site will not be disclosed to third parties under no circumstances. At the User's request, all data associated to be changed / deleted within 7 (seven) days after User's request.

The Site may content the links to other Sites. The Site bears no responsibility for the content, quality and security policies of these Sites. This privacy statement applies only to information posted directly on the Site.

Website administration takes all measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, in particular:
- regular update of services and systems required to control the Site and its content;
- encryption of resource archive copies
- regular checks for malicious codes
- use of a virtual dedicated server to host the Site
Change notification
The Site reserves the right to change Data Protection Guidelines with no notification. New features come into force after publication. Users can track changes to the Data Protection Guidelines independently.
