Procedure for processing requests for information
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 5, 2014, No. ORQ-369 "On the openness of the activities of state authorities and management bodies":
A request for information on the activities of state authorities and management bodies (hereinafter referred to as a request) is an oral or written request (including electronic in the form of a document) is a requirement.
The information user's request will be considered within a maximum of fifteen days from the date of registration.
The mass media's request to obtain information about the activities of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as to organize an interview of officials, will be considered within a maximum of five days.

Terms and procedure for consideration of the request by the Ministry
The request of the information user is accepted in written, oral and electronic form.
The information user's request will be considered within five days from the date of registration.
The mass media's request to obtain information about the activities of the Ministry, as well as the request to organize an interview of officials, will be considered within a maximum of seven days.
When requesting information published in official publications, mass media, or posted on the official website, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade shall respond to the request with the name, date and number of the official publication, mass media, in which the requested information is published, and (or) may provide a link indicating the e-mail address of the official website where the requested information is posted.
If the request received by the Ministry does not have information on the powers of other state authorities and management bodies, an appropriate response will be sent to the user of the information within five working days from the date of registration of the request. If the request is rejected, a reasoned response will be sent to the information user.
