The next training of the "Women's Club" took place at the MIIT

The Ministry of Investment, industry and trade conducts regular trainings within the framework of the "Women's Club", created in order to increase the competitiveness of women in the field of management, to achieve gender equality among the management staff of the department.

This time, the guest of the Club was a certified psychologist, business coach, founder of the telegram channel "OUR psychologist" Alisher Nizamov, who told about the peculiarities of establishing relationships with colleagues and managing conflicts in the team.

During the training, it was emphasized that the key to successful work is the ability to manage conflicts and competently build relationships within the team.

"It often seems that the conflict has only a negative effect, however, it can have positive sides. If the conflict is productive, it usually creates new ideas, alternatives to solving various problems, leads the team to a more cohesive interaction. The task of a leader is to learn how to transform a destructive conflict into a productive one," Alisher Nizamov said.

During the training, the participants of the Club got acquainted with the main components and concepts of conflict, and also learned how to use various ways of resolving conflict situations in practice.

In addition, one of the most destructive causes of team conflict is that people who are embarrassed to express their unique point of view and are afraid of other team members do not feel that they are being heard, which reduces engagement and accountability in achieving results. Research shows that teams sharing different points of view actually make better decisions.

Many of us, for whom conflict causes stress, just want to find a way to reduce it, but effective teams do not avoid conflict, they learn to manage it.

The best solution in conflict management is to better understand and manage your own system of responding to the conflict itself.

It should be added that the work program of the "Women's Club" includes regular meetings with specialists from different fields and is designed for 6 months. According to its results, the participants will receive a corresponding certificate.
